About Us

At Paving Paths our aim is to provide semi-independent living to young people with a level of autonomy, choice and independence while still receiving support and guidance as needed. Our service is designed for young people who are transitioning from full-time care to living on their own, such as young adults leaving foster care, unaccompanied asylum seeking children. Young people with disabilities, or those recovering from addiction or mental health issues.
We take pride in delivering the highest standard of support and guidance for the young people we work with. We understand how daunting and isolating it can be for a young person to leave the care system and step into a world of unknown, we aim to make this a transition of ease, support and purpose.
We strongly believe everyone has the right to live their life in the way they wish to regardless of their background or upbringing.
Our goal is to create an environment that fosters personal growth and development, while also providing access to resources and support that can help young people achieve their goals. This may include assistance with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and managing finances, as well as access to counseling, educational and vocational training, and healthcare services.
We provide high quality homes which our users can be proud of, feel at home in and can thrive in. We offer a safe and homely environment for young people to begin their journey towards independent living.
Our approach encompasses co-production, embracing collaboration with the young person and community agencies ultimately supporting young people blossom into valued members of the community.
Young people have the opportunity to develop important life skills and learn to manage their own lives while still having access to a supportive community. This approach allows individuals to build self-confidence, independence, and a sense of responsibility, while also receiving the guidance and support they need to succeed.
